DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING WITHIN PAKISTAN?
Yes, free shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,000 within Pakistan. There are no hidden or extra service charges.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE WITHIN PAKISTAN?

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Order processing may take up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may be longer for remote areas and do not include weekends or public holidays.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS?
Yes, COD orders above PKR 50,000 will be processed only after successful telephonic verification and 10% of the total order amount must be paid in advance if the order exceeds 75,000 rupees.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES?
All customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are collected by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?
If a parcel is held by customs, the customer is responsible for providing any required documents to the authorities.

WILL SHA POSH REFUND THE ORDER IF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FAILS?
No, Sha Posh is not responsible for refunds in case the parcel is not cleared by customs.
