Exchange Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at SHAPOSH.COM Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the SHAPOSH.COM Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Dresses are based on the measurements/sizes that we provide on our Website.

Items that have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility:

·        The products are unwashed and not used in any way.

·        The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).

·        The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.

·        The product was purchased other than a seasonal/discounted campaign.

Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers, and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within (14) days of receipt of your goods. We will exchange the product once we receive it from the courier or hand it over to any of our company's outlets.

Please note, returns are not accepted for:

·        Products that have been used or tampered with

·        Incomplete items or partial orders

·        Customized products (including size, style, or fabric changes)

Exchange & Return Policy:

·        These terms apply only if we are informed within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

·        Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is found to be defective or there is a size-related issue.

·        We don't have a refund policy for any kind of purchase. We are not liable for a refund of your payment.

·        There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

All Exchange/Claims will be given on current price.
