DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, all purchases are non-refundable, whether paid online or through cash on delivery.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE OR PROMOTION?
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
You can exchange your regular purchased items at any Sha Posh retail store within 14 days from the delivery date, by showing your order number or original receipt.
WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE ITEM BE IN FOR EXCHANGE?
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
WILL THE EXCHANGE BE DONE AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE?
No, exchanges are processed at the current selling price at the time of exchange. If you choose a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the price difference.
ARE CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CLAIMS?
No, clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange, damage claims, or complaints.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM FROM MY PAID ONLINE ORDER BECOMES UNAVAILABLE?
If an item is unavailable or found to be damaged during shipping, Sha Posh reserves the right to cancel that item.
WHAT OPTIONS WILL I HAVE IF MY ITEM IS CANCELLED?
In such cases, you will be offered a replacement item of the same value, which you can choose according to availability.
Damage or Missing (Online Orders Only)
HOW CAN I REPORT A DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM?
- To submit a claim, you must share a complete video clearly showing the parcel being opened, with all contents visible.
- The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DAMAGE CLAIM IS APPROVED?
- The damaged item must be returned.
- The damaged item will be exchanged with a fresh item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If the claim is approved, the missing item will be sent free of cost (FOC).
HOWEVER, IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT, SHA POSH WILL ARRANGE THE PICKUP AND SEND A FRESH REPLACEMENT ITEM TO YOU.
- If the item was damaged upon delivery.
- If the wrong item was delivered.

CAN SHA POSH CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, Sha Posh reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment decline
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
